It is the fifteenth year MALT has produced this show and they do a great job of choosing art and artists to represent open space in our beautiful county. Please see my New Paintings to see some of my work in the show. This is always a wonderful place to see art and help preserve our open space.

Saturday, May 19 from 2 pm to 5 pm
Sunday, May 20 from 10 am to 4 pm
Druids Hall on the Square in Nicasio, CA

So many great people came by and looked, admired, collected and got to know our community of artists. I heard stories about the old days on the waterfront that would curl your hair! Back in the day Sally Stanford was mayor, in addition to running a bordello, there were two policemen in the city of Sausalito and neither one ever set foot on the waterfront. Wouldn’t go near it. One local artist who dated Grace Slick before she was famous said there was no law on the waterfront back then, you could do anything you wanted there.

Well, not so any more. The big news is that the tides come up over the road.
